  1. What's your methodology? High carb two days, then low carb two days? What's your BMR/daily caloric needs? I'm wondering how you calculate how high to go on high days and how low to go on low days.

  2. Dillon,
No rhyme or reason. If I crave, I'll drop fat intake to allow myself an evening carb fest to rival Willy Wonka.

I haven't calculated my current RMR, but I'd estimate it at ~1700. It was ~1800-1900 when I was 180. Thanks for stopping by.

  3. And that's truth! Although I'm still getting used to the widget floating around inside the bottle.

  4. Thanks for getting back to me, Martin!

So, do you concentrate on a weekly caloric target then? i.e. If you decide to go high carb one day because you feel like it, do you fast the next day to make up for that overage?

  5. Dillon,
Sorry for being late; I didn't realize you replied back & didn't check this post again until now.

To answer: yes, I do something similar to what you've described & make the next day's calories lower. I look at total intake across a week's span, so I don't sweat over a day's worth of calories.
